You can use the File Manager within your account to upload and download files to your website. Please perform the following instructions for uploading/downloading files.

1. Login and click the "Account" button towards the top left of the page.
2. Go to Manage->Files
3. Once here, click on the "Upload Files" button towards the top of the page and choose the web file you would like to upload.
   a. You can only upload web accessible files in the following formats: gif,jpg,jpeg,htm,html,pdf,psd,zip,txt,png,swf,dcr,mov,qt,ram,rm,avi,mpg,mpeg,asf,flv,fla,css,js,xml,m4v
   b. If you are trying to upload a file that isn't supported, please contact us.
   • If you would like to download a file, click on the file and click the “Download” link to the left within the Preview pane.
4. Click the "Upload to Server" button.

Once uploaded, you should be able to access your file at http://www.yourwebsite.com/filename.
