Once an order is placed on your website, you will receive an e-mail notification of the new order and be able to update its status in SEO-Cart. A status overview for orders placed on your online store can be viewed on the SEO-Cart home screen.

All orders can be found under the Customers section in the left navigation of SEO-Cart. You can use the navigation menu to view orders, search for orders, edit orders, change the order status, and print orders.

There are up to 7 classifications for an order:

New Orders
Preorder Orders
On Hold Orders
Reviewed Orders
Shipped Orders
Cancelled Orders
Abandoned Orders

Viewing Orders

Searching Orders

Editing Orders

Changing the Order Status

Printing Orders
