The customer code system allows you to charge special pricing on specific items in your store for particular customers. A customer code is essentially a pass code the customer enters on to your website to access their special pricing on your website. Once you have created your customer code(s), you can access them on your website at www.yourwebsite.com/verify_login?ccode=1. You may need to update your website template to add this link somewhere or provide the customer code login link directly to your customers who are using it.

Enabling the Customer Code System

1. Login to SEO-Cart and go to Configure->Store Settings
2. Check the "Enable customer code system" checkbox under the Miscellaneous Settings section.

Adding a Customer Code

1. Login to SEO-Cart and go to Marketing->Customer Codes.
   • Note: If you just enabled the customer code system within SEO-Cart, refresh the page to see the latest update.
2. Click the "New Customer Code" button towards the top of the page.
3. Enter the information for the new customer code.
4. Add the customer code.
5. Assign products to your new customer code.

Assign Products to a Customer Code

1. To assign products with special pricing to a customer code, login to SEO-Cart and go to Marketing->Customer Codes.
2. Click the "Assign Products" link next to the customer code you wish to assign products to.
3. Choose the product(s) to assign to the customer code and enter the special pricing.
4. Add the product to the customer code.

Importing Customer Codes

1. Login to SEO-Cart and go to Marketing->Customer Codes.
2. Click the Import button towards the top of the page.
3. Choose the customer code import file from your computer that you wish to import.
   • Note: If you do not have a customer code import file, you can download the example import file or Export your existing customer codes to work from.
4. Import the file.

Exporting Customer Codes

1. Login to SEO-Cart and go to Marketing->Customer Codes.
2. Click the Export button towards the top of the page.
3. Export the file
