Select Store->Brands under the SEO-Cart left navigation menu.

Click the Delete link next to the brand that you want to delete.

You will be presented with a confirmation to delete the brand. You may optionally set any products using this brand to use another brand, otherwise the brand property will be cleared for any products using the deleted brand.
