Available Fields: Select which fields you will be exporting from the available fields list.

Added Fields: The Added Fields lists the current fields that you will be using in your export file. Move each field up or down in the correct order that they are in for your export file.

Field names as first row of exported file: Enable this option if you would like the first row in the exported file to list the column header field names.
