Use the options that will work with Microsoft Excel: Check this option if you plan on using the standard CSV (comma separated values) format for your import file. This is recommended.

Delimiter: Select the delimiter to separate fields and values in the imported file. Only use this option if you know what you're doing.

Text Qualifier: Select the text qualifier that encloses values in your text file. When Excel encounters the text qualifier character, all of the text that follows that character and precedes the next occurrence of that character is imported as one value, even if the text contains a delimiter character. You will typically want to use quotes as a text qualifier if you use Excel to view or edit the imported file. Only use this option if you know what you're doing.
