Enable First Data to process credit card transactions: Enable this option to use First Data for your online credit card processing solution gateway.

Gateway ID: Your First Data gateway ID should be provided to you when you create an account. To obtain your Gateway ID, login to your First Data GGE4 account and go to Administration->Terminals and use Terminal Selection to select your Ecommerce terminal (ECOMM). Once here, your Gateway ID is displayed under the Details tab.

Password: To obtain your Password, login to your First Data GGE4 account and go to Administration->Terminals and use Terminal Selection to select your Ecommerce terminal (ECOMM). Once here, click the “Generate” link next to the Password field and save the password. IMPORTANT: Click the Update button towards the bottom of the page to save your new password.

Key ID: To obtain your Key ID, login to your First Data GGE4 account and go to Administration->Terminals and use Terminal Selection to select your Ecommerce terminal (ECOMM). Once here, click the API Access tab and your Key ID should be displayed towards the top.

Hmac Key: To obtain your Key ID, login to your First Data GGE4 account and go to Administration->Terminals and use Terminal Selection to select your Ecommerce terminal (ECOMM). Once here, click the API Access tab and click the Generate New Key link next to the Hmac Key field. IMPORTANT: Click the Update button towards the bottom of the page to save your new Hmac key.

Payment Type: Set your First Data payment type to Authorization if you want to authorize the credit card when the order is made and capture the funds after the order has been marked as processed/shipped by you. Leave the Payment Type to Authorize & Capture if you would like to capture the credit card funds directly after the order is made.

Enable Demo Mode: Only enable demo mode to place a test transaction on your front-end website. Make sure this option is off to accept live sales.
