Enable for Domestic Orders: Enable this option if you would like the custom payment method to be available to customers from the United States (or your domestic country)

Enable for International Orders: Enable this option if you would like the custom payment method to be available to International customers purchasing from your website.

Payment Text: Enter in custom text to be displayed to the customer if they choose the custom payment method. This text is displayed on your website if the custom payment method is chosen.

Payment Email: Enter in custom text to be displayed to the customer in their order confirmation email. This custom email text will only be displayed if the customer chooses this custom payment method for their order.
